Dr. Nazir Khan is a board-certified Neuroradiologist and an Assistant Professor at McMaster University. He serves as President of Yaqeen Canada and the Director of Research Strategy at Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research. A dedicated scholar, he has memorized the Qur’an and holds traditional certifications (ijāzah) in Qur’anic studies, Hadith, and Islamic theology (ʿaqīdah) from scholars across North America. Dr. Khan has also served as an Imam for many years and consults for the Manitoba Islamic Association Fiqh Committee. His unique background in both medical sciences and Islamic theology allow him to provide insightful perspectives on contemporary issues at the intersection of faith, reason, and science.
