Hafiz Jameel Ahmed completed his Hifz at the age of 10. He obtained his certificate in Qiraat Ashara from Jamia Nizamiya, Hyderabad, India. He completed alim course (Afzalul Ulooma), obtained his M.A. and M.Phil from Osmania University, and obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT) from the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL) in Hyderabad, India. Hafiz Jameel worked as a teacher in Osmania University college before moving to Canada, where he served as the Imam of Markaz Ul-Islam in Edmonton, and as the Imam in Halifax. He has been teaching full-time Hifz at Al-Falah Islamic Center since 2007.
